Fee Schedule
Note: To help minimize conference costs we ask all authors and attendees to pay the registration fee. We thank you for helping to make this gathering possible.
- Early Registration Rate (on or before Jan. 6) : 110 euros
- Standard Registration Rate (after Jan. 6 and on-site) : 140 euros
- Student Rate (Banquet excluded) : 40 euros
- Extra Banquet on Tuesday evening (per person) : 25 euros
- Extra preliminary Proceedings : 13 euros

Authors also have to register based on their status (regular or student). Authors whose papers are included in the proceedings will receive a copy of the formal proceedings published by the IEEE Computer Society after the conference. Reprints of papers and additional copies of the formal proceedings can be purchased from the IEEE Computer Society.
An excursion at La Rochelle city is planned for the 17th January (the day after the conference). The people interested will have to register on the registration web site. The cost is 70 euros (round-trip, travel, lunch and guided visit of the city).
