Fee Schedule
Note: To help minimize conference costs we ask all authors and attendees to pay the registration fee. We thank you for helping to make this gathering possible.
Early and standard registration rates includes lunches for the three days, coffee breaks, a copy of preliminary proceedings (on CD) and banquet and local social events (visits, concert, ...). Student rate include lunches for the three days, coffee breaks, a copy of preliminary proceedings (on CD) and local social events (visits, concert, ...). Student registrants who want to attend the banquet need to pay for the extra banquet fee.
Authors also have to register based on their status (regular or student). Authors whose papers are included in the proceedings will receive a copy of the formal proceedings published by the IEEE Computer Society after the conference. Reprints of papers and additional copies of the formal proceedings can be purchased from the IEEE Computer Society.
An excursion at La Rochelle city is planned for the 17th January (the day after the conference). The people interested will have to register on the registration web site. The cost is 70 euros (round-trip, travel, lunch and guided visit of the city).
If you choose the online payment, you will receive a confirmation email and a specific email for payment with Paypal or with the major credit cards. If you choose to pay on-site, you can do it cash (only euros) and with the major credit cards.
